Quiet? No not really. There's a game room so plenty of kids.
Such old reviews prior to the changes.. Was there 2 weeks ago and 3 month before that both times there were maybe 10 people max in the place the entire time and that's being generous! Game room empty! On the weekend too so go figure.. Two adults we paid 19 dollars and some change so the prices have increased for luke warm pizza that had been sitting out for a bit.. 1-5 slices on 4-6 trays. The cups are now smaller paper cups and plastic silverware. Salad bar is a joke, a rabbit wouldn't waste its time. They don't even clear the tables anymore! It's sad, we loved Cici's too!!!
No...but it's not over the top noisy either.
If you go mid afternoon, (2-5) it's nice.

Noisy. Can have a mess on the floor. Management can be condensing when trying to get free buffet.
