How come they NEVER answer the phone, l let it ring one time 50 times. If they can't answer my questions I move on to another store like Target, Home Depot etc.

I tried to call the other day and had the same situation, they even answered the line...didnt say anything and just transferred me back to another dept i am assuming and never answered at all. The store has great deals but customer service is almost non existent, with the exception of a few employees. - Frequent visitor- also try Carencro their walmart is waaaayyyyy better at answering the phones and helping.

I just call the pharmacy and have no problems. I never call the store to check on something. Walmart doesn't have enough employees to handle the register, don't expect them to answer the phone.
