When we were visiting, they said the manatees usually stayed till some time in March. Obviously, it depends on the temperatures.
There were none seen on 2/24. The water was warm enough in the river that they didn't have to come to the power plant to get warmed up.

We didn't see any February 23. They should be there, but the water was 88 degrees. Staff said it's been rather hot for them lately.
Only if the Gulf Coast temperature is 68 degrees or lower they will be in Manatee Park
