We were just there again today and only saw one manatee. Its mid eighties now so unless there us a cool down during the time you are here, chances are getting slimmer.
There are other places to see them now that it is warmer. Stop by this place and ask. They said a few different ones but as usually happens i paid no attention. When we were there there was a short sighting of one that was the beginning of Match.
In late March the temperature could be in the 90's or in the 60's. The cooler it is, the better chance that they are there. If it's a hot sunny day, you're better off going to the beach.
They should be. Just there this past week and we seen 7 of them.
Possibly, but there is no guarantee at anytime that you will see any, but if the weather is cooler your chances of seeing one is generally better.
Try to go when the weather has been cool.
