If steak not cooked well done like a customer ordered it, why do they not give a discount? Waitress insisted she could only refund full amount and customer had to leave without eating.

Waitress didnt offer to cook steak more, just told customer he could have a wrong order or nothing even though he pointed out he had waited 20 minutes

Why did yoy not just send it back to be cooked longer as you said it wasnt well done. Personally I'd rather have the full discount. Why are you complaining about a discount apparently you were given a full refund ??? Why not order a new steak since you were refunded the full amount? My chops were excellent!

She was probably just trying to get you out of there. Lazy, didn't want to deal with it.
