I still occasionally see RVs at the back of the lot at the Conely RD Walmart, right at the 70/63 interchange. But never at the W Broadway location. This location sits in the middle of a decent neighborhood, across from schools and a church, minutes from 70 or 63. Walmart may allow it, and I'm not an attorney, but something tells me CPD steps up code enforcement at the W Broadway location.
Although overnight parking is still being done by 18-wheeled semi trucks, I've heard stories of police writing tickets for RVs. Hope this helps.

If any walmart allows semi trucks there to shop or park, RV parking is ok also. I'm a trucker. Arkansas is a state you may not, they have low clearance bard
Most Walmarts allow over night parking.
