Thanks wise guy. I avoid walmart for that reason. Its folks that except incompetence that allows this to happen. Just except it. No! It's wrong and not what the us or sam walton would want. I want constructive reply. Thanks anyways.
While this may be true Asa Thompson, there is still a standard of basic customer service that even Walmart employees should be able to muster up and deliver to customers, but unfortunately I have rarely gotten much more than unfriendly "service" at best! However, it seems that the standard for any interaction with Walmart employees these days is more conparable to an unexpected chainsaw circumcision from your worst enemy! It really is a sad state of affairs in order to get any kind of customer service, the customer must be prepared to be a bigger A-hole and know what the employee procedures are better than the employee does, or you will simply be given the treatment best suited for... Well actually, no one deserves the treatment most customers receive from Walmart employees these days, not the dead, not the homeless, and most certainly not the average customer who simply needs a little bit of time, and assistance, a pretend smile and fake concern should NOT be too much to ask for!
It's a Wal Mart. You don't go there for customer service. You go there for low prices. Want better service? Go to a different store.
