If I had never been to Quail Springs how would you describe it? The vibe. The stores. The customers. In comparison to Penn Square for example. More or less the same? Or very different?

Quail springs and Penn are more on same level to me, but more young people hang at Penn square then Quail springs

Penn square has more shops, quail's theater is better and doesn't seem as crowded either. Quail is centered more towards families whereas penn is a variety of people -single, young, elderly, couples etc.

Quail Springs is large than Penn Square. It not as congested as Penn. Quail Springs is the mall that the teenager hang out at.

Quail doesn't quite have the "hip" factor that Penn Square does. But Quail Springs is still a good mall, and it does have the only Van Mauer in the area.

Quail Springs is newer and has more upscale shopping. Penn square has a better theater experience. Both have parking issues.
