I know The Olive Garden is 2.8 miles from The Tanger Mall because I looked it up online. But I don't know the area so I needed to ask if there's sidewalks to safely get to it after shopping at The Tanger Mall.

There is no Olive Garden at Tanger Outlet. There is one however by the Volusia Mall and yes there is a sidewalk and also a pedestrian overpass near it.
