Why can't I do my laundry in some of the washers and dryers if they are working and there is nothing in them and no reserved sighs ? This place is confusing

As a regular customer, only broken machines have signs. I have never seen a reserved sign.

Maybe in the daytime when the person working there is doing the wash that people drop off. I always go late night and you can use any washer or dryer that isn't broken, and they. usually have a sign on them.

Wash Up never reserves washers or dryers. Wash Up does not do any wash dry fold (used to - but not any longer). The only thing I can think of is if the machines that need repaired had the sign removed by a client. That does happen - even though it should not.
