That is something to take up directly with the manager who orders for that department. This here will be answered by other patrons/customers. I dis have the same thing happen to me at another Giant Eagle. Unfortunately the beverage i wanted was showing available. They ordered it numerous times, but never arrived. As it turned out, the product was no longer being manufactured. I looked them up online. The ordering mgr was trying to get it in & did communicate with me. I'd trying finding out who that would be.
