As long as you're not in the main hole and being a menace to others, you may fish.

Not in the park itself. There's several places downstream you can fish. And there's lots of creeks around there and fishing spots however in the park itself it is swimming only and I do not believe in that very shallow Creek and the blue hole itself there would not be very good fishing.
