This is a great question. Why do employees use the towels as floor mops??? I've seen this happen in several flying j truck stops. They stand on the towels, that the driver has used to dry themself, to wipe the shower room floor. Totally disgusted

Yes they do use towel because they have no rags to clean the walls or floors. They are supposed to use clean towels.
