why is it okay for your overnight shift to go without a manager? why do you expect your overnight shift cashiers to act as managers without the pay benefits or title? why cant you keep employees?

I worked for this company for about 5 years and i was treated very poorly and would even call some of it toxic and abusive. I was a damn hard worker who didnt deserve half the bs i haf to deal with. So im going to try and hold them accountible by putting them on blast until their ethics, morals and business practices are reviewed, improved and implemented. This company caused me to have a nervous brake down where i was out of work for 5 months and became homeless. I will and have taken some accountability for this but a lot of it was do to how they treat their employees and how they run their business.

They just don't want to pay anybody all they wanted a hundred percent profit

Cause it costs more to pay a manager! Lol
