You can walk to the falls on the top side for free, I've never been to the bottom though. Not sure if there's a marked trail or not because the main view is from above.
I parked in lot at top of falls and walked to the viewing area a few weeks back. No fee to do that. Did not try to go below .
There is a fee per person to get access to the entire park. Petting zoo, reptile house, put put golf, historic buildings ECT.
Walking to the Falls is Free!
You can hike down trails to go underneath the falls! It is worth the hike! I will say it is very rocky, and can be slippery after alot of rainfall. The park has also added a suspension bridge to cross the water. Lots of hiking and biking trails!
Google the site and call for more details of the amenities. It's well worth the trip!
