I've read where Duncan donuts has a site you can go to to make comments cause they really do have standards. Sorry for your unpleasant experience. I've been fortunate to enjoy every trip into this store. Remember everyone from time to time has a bad experience. Give them another try .
My husband is a trucker and I occasionally go with him and dunkin donuts express is by far the worst coffee we have ever had.
I only go for the coffee an holes....its normally ok...but the donuts leave much to be desired
