There was a lot of people on that beach with shade Tent's popped up etc, however because of the amount of kids swimming and the dogs playing and the short beach that it is I don't think they're going to want you fishing there's nowhere to cast and was people on people unless they let you cast off of the boat dock, that being said you might have boats on the lake on a hundred degree day was pretty choppy
so they have a restaurant and bar that is open to the public and so I there beach. so for the purpose of day use they sent care if you go there. the new menu is really good so I'd grab some lunch or dinner while you are there
I think the shoreline is for RV park customers only. Call the resort.
Good question I don't know the answer to that I would definitely call them and ask for sure I don't see why not
