I know that TRH does call ahead seating but with a party of around 20. What is the preference for this? Still call ahead and make them aware of the large party??

Always call ahead. Depending on time after 5pm is always crazy busy. So yes calling well ahead is always a good idea.

We tried to do call ahead and reserve a space for 15. They said they had space for us but apparently they didn't as they put us at 3 tables.
