Yes they are but they need to behave you have to clean up after them also be very careful where your dog walks as well as if you have children or if you know of any children that go there because unfortunately our police department does not handle the drug issue around this town like they should and I have found needles, broken pipes, as well as baggies so definitely please be very aware and that really honestly goes for every Park in this town for everyone
