At the start if you want a super vacuum job tip the first guy when you pull in the bay. At the end if they do a good job with drying and detailing rims/tires tip that person as you are getting your vehicle back. These people work for minimum wage to provide you with a first world luxury, appreciate them!
That's really up to you they will take tips, but it is not required

I would be more inclined to tip, if it were a single person working on my vehicle. Usually there are at least three people involved, each time. I have never seen anyone tip, here.
It's not required, I have seen people tip, I don't personally...I would assume its greatly appreciated though
I don't tip anyone at the car wash and I am usually the person tipping people before others. I have never seen anyone tip them, also (when I have been to their car washes for years).
