no & no.. there is only room for tent camping, there is like 1 or 2 spots so if somebody is already there you are SOL. its free & no signing or registration though

The correct answer to this is the officially about 12 parking spots. The problem comes from people thinking Van Land, which is about enough room for five car campers is the campsite. No money. No registration.
