Never seen it here! Best bet is winco or mi rancho.

Definitely a hit and miss on oxtails. I would stick with Safeway or WinCo or butcher shop. The oxtails I purchased from Safeway and it must have been the tip of the tail. Really small. Same with short ribs. This town sells horrible meat for consumption. The quality of beef here is the worse ! I'm not spending $60 on one steak from one of the most expensive steak houses here. Complete waste of money. Definitely find a Butcher who knows quality. Good luck Greg. Now I Oxtail soup...damn..lol
