Really wish they knew how to answer their phone, been trying to for the past week and they just let it ring. Whats going on in that place?

I always call after lunch is over and before dinner. And ive been dialing the number listed on google maps. At first i thought maybe they are busy ill try again in a hour and same thing they just let it ring forever, im even patient enough to stay on the phone for 5 minutes and still no answer. Its been going on for over a week every day.

I would email corporate and find out if this is normal. I know that during any rush the phone is the last thing they worry about, so depending on the time you're calling could be the reason

Was there only because I was visiting family in the area I have know idea why they weren't answering the phone

I don't know why they don't answer the phone. Make sure you're dialing the correct number.
