Yea. But is has a more adult feel to it as the bar is prominently featured and the lighting is muted.
I would say no on that, definitely meant for adults. It is darker and more intimate with candles on the table.

If you want a kids menu, don't go. The food is good, the bar is skilled, and the noise level is nice for adult conversation.
Been there multiple times with the kids. Im pretty sure they have a kids menu, but mine stopped eating from it long ago. I'd say its as kid friendly as any other midscale local restaurant.
