Not sure what you mean by where warm Waters halt there are many Springs in the area that are beyond the park boundary if that's what you mean. However the experience is one that can almost not be matched anywhere else. It is spectacular do a little research on Google and you will be able to find as much information as you need. I will say that the river is only open to soaking during certain times of the year closed by the Rangers at other times due to high water flows if you go during a closed. You may end up getting a Fine By The Park Service
