Yes some do have electric and sinks with running water. The Riverside Day use area is quieter but not a good choice during the wet seasons due to areas that flood. Oak Grove Day Use has a number of amenities including disc golf and quick access to a boat launch, but to my knowledge there is only one picnic site with electric there. I booked a site on here last year and it was really simple.
