You would have to phone in advance, but if it is just a few kids and a cake. I'd grab one of the outer tables upstairs and let the kids play and sing happy birthday and open a few presents. If it is anything much larger than a family: I'd definitely phone first
You have to call and pay for the booking $50 in advance. They are booked for the rest of the year.
Call someone ahead of time they should be open right just give them a shout.
