I've never had any problems with Chili's service or food. Its always been an enjoyable experience.

I've never had that problem either. Maybe it was just an off night for them & u were just the unlucky customer. Give them another try. I'm sure the manager would even offer u another visit at their cost. They usually have good customer service. Not saying they did with u. Idk your situation & if u ask to speak with a manager or not. I've just always had good experiences at Chili's. The other people that have commented have too. That's why I think it was just an unlucky for u, but abnormal thing for Chili's.
