Has anyone thought about a class action lawsuit? Or ANY kind of legal action against this facility and its negligence? I have read reviews as far back as 4 years and am disgusted with this place. I will be contacting news media first.

Anyone at all? It may take quite awhile-but I guarantee it would be worth it! What else you doing? These people need to be put in check, and given a dose of "act right". A "tune up" is in order....overdue
