No, they provided water jugs in each dugout that were kept fresh all the time and have pretty extensive concessions. Most people kept one in there car and went out there as often as needed.

Erin nailed it, they have concessions that are corporate owned i.e. Subway so the goal is to get you purchase their product. Park is operated by Cedar Point so similar rules apply when it comes to coolers and outside food or drink.
"Visitors are not permitted to bring outside food and beverage products into the complex with a few exceptions: Athletes may bring reusable sports bottles in for use at water fountains, water jugs, and hydration stations in the park. Coolers will be allowed but may only contain ice, medicines, and baby food/formula."
Leave thr cooler in your car and bring your drink/d in as needed.

No, coolers are prohibited. And just like Cedar Point's amusement park, there are very few water fountains available, and they're difficult to locate.
