I would say handicap access would be difficult, it was difficult for me walking at times without a handicap. Obviously something the company needs to address
Just so you know I'm not 100% certain on it I know some of the trains were quite narrow on the walkway. But that doesn't mean that they don't. I think the best thing to do is to call them and ask them maybe or check their website probably to find out.
