You need an oklahoma card and you can buy from any oklahoma dispenser i have the temp card and stateline is awesome

I live in Arkansas and have been here but I have an Oklahoma mmj card. It's located in Colcord, OK so technically I think it's Oklahoma cards only but I can't say for certain.
