Can you pay for rooms in cash?

Yes

Yes you can, but they will require one of two things. Either you give them a credit card/debit card or $100 cash for collateral. Some times with the cards it will pre-authorize for the amount of the room, when that happens you usually get the money back within a few days. That's all on your bank tho. :-)
