That would be a no go from me. You would likely be a heat casualty. Plus it would get dirty and likely ripped if it was elaborate.
It was very busy and hot when we were there. I don't recommend it... or at least be able to take it off. It could be an issue with some of the games/play areas

Depends on the costume but expect to get dusty, muddy, hot and humid. A lot of the activities require walking and mobility. A farm related costume may be appropriate if you can shed or add layers and don't mind getting dirty.
Too hot in a costume and with the activities it would be safer not too as well as the outdoor farm type of environment.
I wouldn't because it would more than likely get dirty or even muddy because of all of the rain we've been having
