I have no idea whether even post their phone number; no one in the store EVER answers the phone. Do others have this issue?

If you call the number that goes to the Clinique counter they will answer, Google Clinique at Macy's and the number will come up, that's always worked for me. Good luck! Then if I need another department, I have them transfer me :)

I have never tried calling! What phone number are you calling?
