They sort of do. Ask for "light bake." They bake it half way so you can finish cooking it at home (put it in the fridge until you're ready to bake it). I've done it several times, but once, the person doing the cooking apparently forgot and cooked it all the way, so stress to the employee you talk to that you don't want it completely cooked.
I don't think they do.
