They ship in live Maine Lobster & server it boiled, baked stuffed, or how you like. You can pick the one you like from the tank when you enter the restaurant. As a New Englander, Red Lobster restaurants are one of my favorites for excellent seafood, especially their clam chowder!
We like Rock Lobster but they make it however we want it. It's served in the shell (cracked for easy removal) butter is on the side so you just tell them you don't want it. Hope that helps.
