It depends. Most of them usually keep their stuff out until around 4:30 or 5, but on Sundays some of them start packing up as early as 1:30, which is ridiculous. I get that it's because they're from far out of town, but it's still irritating.

They prefer you vacate by 4:00 pm but it's usually mostly all packed up by then
The info card says they open at 7am. And start closing at 4:30 pm, but gates do not close
