Is swiming or diving allowed in the area at any random water spots or are there a specific area where swimming may be allowed

The water isn't deep enough to swim. At deepest it came up to about my shins.

Not deep at all maybe 6 inches

You can go in the river out front. I am not sure about the park itself. If there isnt a sign saying you cant, go for it. Just be safe
