You pay after you eat. Best times to go is when they first open up at 11am or 1pm. Otherwise, it's a hit and miss. They don't really have a quick refill of food at times. It's 8.00 for adults and half for children. Kids under 3 eat for free.
Payed before I ate... $13 for small buffet.. Nothing super, not vegan friendly. Mushy rice, greasy noodles. Definitely not coming back.
