Happy hour is daily from 4-6 pm. Half off select liquor drinks, half off wine by the glass and $1 off beer.
It is now from 3-5 daily.

It seemed like happy hour was all the time lol. I agree you should give them a call just to make sure!
It depends on the day of the week. I was there on Sunday, but I honestly don't recall what the "happy hour"s were. Maybe call them and ask just so I don't mislead you?
