Parking was free when I was there in late March of 2018.
Parking as of 2018 has also changed near area.main lot is $10:00, well worth security and knowing your vehicle will be there. Be especialy careful during events with heavy parking demand since you will be be towed after 9PM in an empty parking lot across the street.
The boardwalk is free. The village is comprised of shops & restaurants
