Call 511 and ask them
It's been remodeling for a very very long time. Over a year and a half? 2 years? Long time.
Haven't seen a "release" date yet, but there's places at every exit around that stop with bathrooms...truck stops at exit 201 and I think it's 100+ miles either direction of that rest area for the next rest area (if you specifically need to stop at only rest areas)
Remodel that's rest area gone be a minute
