Are there usually lots of dogs there?

No real shade here, water available, depends on the time of day, very large area.

There are usually more people there during the early morning and around late afternoon during the week. This is likely because of work schedules. There are also a lot of people on weekends all throughout the day. On stormy days and the following day or so, there will be few to none because the grass is patchy which means mud.

Usually If the weather is nice ... there are quite a few dogs there.
