Hey Kendra they are swamped with orders and are having issues with running out of products and can't keep up. I don't believe they were expecting it to get this busy. From what I heard last Sunday I ordered they are trying to get a second location temporarily to push out orders to keep up. It's better to just do a pick up rather than delivery. Also I agree online ordering is better. They will have a hard time answering because they are too busy making your pizza lol.
We did order online 3 and half hours ago there should be no excuses for this busy or not, not answering the phones is bad customer service and I would know I’ve work in a place dealing with customers and this is not how you treat them.
It's better to order online it showes u when it's ready and out for delivery
