I have a friend who said she bought a bus ticket in Amarillo TX,but they said there's no seats left they can't sell a ticket with no seat ,true?

No but the complaint process is long an arduous. When is the next bus.

Amarillo station is notorious for these issues. I have been through there six times and not once has there not been something going wrong. They will just delay her and seat her on the next available bus. There is nothing you can really do about it. Try the coffee shop its got good food and try to relax. They may offer her some kind of discount but it wont be cash money. I promise you getting mad will not do any good.

With all the bad weather, they have had busses stuck and they put people on other busses to keep them moving. They will put you on the next available bus with a open seat.

I would definitely ask about a discount for the confusion

She would tell me ,but I m sure there's one leaving at 4 today!!
