all depends what you looking for. If you looking for fancy mall, no, that will be Millenial mall. If you just want to walk around see clothes, home decorations, grab something to eat, watch a movie, ect, then yes The Loop is great.
As a tourist, the Loop is good for buying clothes, grabbing a quick bite w friends or family, or watching a movie at Regal. If you want to actually experience a mall with fun stores, cool things to see with family, or bigger stores, then you should either go to the Florida Mall or The Mall at Millennia
So orlando premium outlets better?
Not unless you like a store there
