Arkansas law requires that we can not do body piercings on anyone under the age of sixteen. You must be sixteen years old, even with parental consent. You must provide a state or federal issued photo identification card such as driver's license, state issued ID or passport for both the minor and the parent. The parent must also provide the birth certificate and have their name on it as well. All of these are regulations put into law by the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services and can not be bent or broken Different states have different laws and regulations put forth by their governing bodies.
Probably if you take your birth certificate and a parent to sign for you.
I think u have to be 16 at most places. Some require u to be 18. But maybe if your parent goes with you to approve that would help.
