most natural cheeses are free of carbohydrates. some sweetened cheeses are not. cheese always has a high fat content, but i’d assume you already know what acceptable levels are for you. just like i’m sure you’re used to already, just check the nutrition section on the cheese.

All cheeses are good source of protein. Sweetened cheeses are not good for diabetics. Low fat cheeses are best.

Did think cheese was bad for diabetics. I would think any natural cheese is good in small portions
