I've seen it very busy there, but never full. There is plenty of parking on both the east and west sides.

For Semi-trucks? .... probably close to 60 (30 per side). Maybe more.
There is parking east and west if you can't find a parking spot on one side try the other it's easy to get turned around.
I've been through there at times and there was some congestion. No more than a brief moment of caution. The convienecie store has higher than normal merchandise costs.
